Have an idea for a text tool we do not yet offer? Submit your suggestion and help shape what we build next. Many of our tools were created from user requests.
Many of the tools on CaseConvert.ing exist because a user asked for them. If you have been wishing for a converter, formatter, generator, or any other text utility that we do not yet offer, we want to hear about it. Your idea might be exactly what hundreds of other users are also looking for.
How to submit a suggestion
Email us at hello@caseconvert.ing with the subject line "Tool Suggestion". Here is what helps us understand your idea quickly:
- The problem you are trying to solve. Start with the "why". What task are you doing when you wish this tool existed?
- What the tool would do. Describe the input, what it would process, and what output you would expect. An example helps a lot.
- How often you need it. Tools that solve recurring problems tend to help the most people.
What we look for when reviewing suggestions
We review every submission, but we cannot build everything. Here is how we prioritise:
- Broad usefulness. Tools that help a wide range of users, not just a single niche, go higher on the list.
- Gap in existing tools. If you have already searched and the tool genuinely does not exist elsewhere for free, that is a strong reason to build it.
- Fits the site's focus. We focus on text processing, encoding, formatting, and data generation. Tools that fit that theme are a natural fit.
- Volume of requests. When multiple people ask for the same thing independently, we notice.
What happens after you submit
We will read your suggestion and add it to our backlog if it is a good fit. We aim to acknowledge suggestions within a few weeks. If your idea gets built, we will let you know and credit you in the release notes. In some cases, we may ask follow-up questions to better understand what you need.
We cannot promise to build every tool that is suggested, but we take every request seriously. The best tools on this site came from exactly this kind of feedback.

- A developer asked for a JSON formatter that worked without copying to another site. We built it.
- A writer wanted a word frequency counter to help identify overused terms. We built it.

Email us at hello@caseconvert.ing with the subject line 'Tool Suggestion'. Describe what the tool would do, the problem it solves, and how you would use it. The more detail you share, the better.
What happens after I submit a suggestion?
We review every suggestion. Tools that address common needs or fill clear gaps in our library get prioritised. If your idea gets built, you will be credited in the release notes and may get early access to test it.
What makes a good tool suggestion?
The best suggestions describe a specific problem clearly. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, what inputs you start with, and what output you expect. If the same task comes up regularly in your workflow, that is a strong sign it would help other users too.
How long does it take to review a suggestion?
We review new suggestions regularly, usually within a few weeks. We do not commit to building every tool that is suggested, but we read and consider them all. Popular or widely requested ideas move up the list faster.
Can I suggest improvements to tools that already exist?
Yes, and we especially welcome these. If a tool is missing an option, producing unexpected results, or could work better in some way, let us know. Improvement suggestions are just as valuable as ideas for entirely new tools.
Do you build tools for specific professional uses?
We do. Our library already includes tools built for developers, writers, students, marketers, and data professionals. If you have a niche professional need that is not currently covered, describe it and we will evaluate it.
