Many of the tools on CaseConvert.ing exist because a user asked for them. How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days. For urgent issues, we often reply faster. If you have not heard back within two business days, feel free to send a follow-up.
What should I include when reporting a bug?
The most helpful bug reports include: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, which tool you were using, your browser name and version, and your operating system. A screenshot is always useful if you can share one.
How can I suggest a new tool or feature?
Send your idea to hello@caseconvert.ing with the subject line 'Tool Suggestion'. Describe the problem you are trying to solve and what the tool would do. Many of our existing tools came from user suggestions and we genuinely consider every one.
Do you offer media resources for press coverage?
Yes. Email media@caseconvert.ing for screenshots, usage statistics, product descriptions, or any other materials you need for editorial coverage. We respond to media enquiries within 24 hours.
